Sherman Phoenix was built on the premise that we all need each other, so doing our part to help local businesses grow, is imperative. Phoenix Rising is about creating success and reaching maximum potential by gaining clarity on business vision, and finding a direct path to accomplish goals and navigate the complex world of entrepreneurship with experienced professionals who understand.

Business Community Network
The Business Community Network offers events, workshops, drop in consulting, panel discussions, networking opportunities, access to resources and service providers and other entrepreneurial support opportunities offered for the Greater Milwaukee entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Community Business Academy
The Community Business Academy offers our entrepreneurs a 13-week experiential learning opportunity to learn and grow personally and with a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
Our target entrepreneurs are start-up business owners (1-3 years active) who are innovative thinkers with a clear idea, looking to build community. They are also passionate about their work, actively engaged with the Business Community Network workshops and offerings, are highly motivated to the growth and development of their business, and are able to commit to the 13-week time requirement.
Participants will walk away with an executive summary, elevator pitch and community ecosystem.

La Community Business Academy ofrece a nuestros emprendedores una oportunidad de aprendizaje experiencial de 13 semanas para aprender y crecer personalmente y con una comunidad de emprendedores con ideas afines.

Entrepreneurship Support Network
This program provides resources, support, and guidance for individuals looking to launch businesses. It equips participants with essential entrepreneurial skills, promotes economic independence, and fosters a supportive ecosystem for small business owners. The program is made possible through the 2023–2025 Professional Dimensions Charitable Fund Signature Project and their generous gift.

Offered In partnership with Chase Bank Senior business consultants provide entrepreneurs with access to training, business solutions, and networking opportunities. Entrepreneurs will receive support to achieve their goals through: Sign up today to learn more about our coaching opportunities.
Entrepreneurs will receive support to achieve their goals through: 1:1 structured coaching. Comprehensive advice -business planning to marketing. Guidance on managing finances, including credit and proper use of capital. Fundamentals and best practices (operations management, cash flow, business development, access to capital, and building a team of trusted advisors).

Phoenix Rising wants to connect our Risers to qualified and certified professional business service providers. Enrollment is currently close, but we are always looking for interested business service providers who can assist, coach, and expand our entrepreneurs' businesses. Phoenix Rising will help its entrepreneurs pay for your services if your business if selected.
