This year has been one of profound change for the Sherman Phoenix Foundation. And I’ll be honest, it stretched us. It required courage. And it asked us to dig deeper into who we are and who we’re becoming.

But through it all, we pressed through. Together.

The Sherman Phoenix was born from resilience, from a community that refused to be defined by loss, and instead chose to build, create, and rise. That same spirit carried us through this year as we navigated transition, strengthened our vision, and recommitted ourselves to Black and Brown entrepreneurs, families, and neighborhoods.

And in the midst of challenge, something powerful happened. We grew stronger. We became clearer in our purpose. And we came out better.

Because of supporters like you, we stabilized our foundation, deepened support for entrepreneurs, reignited community programming, and reconnected with our partners and neighbors.

We didn’t just rise this year, we evolved.
