The DNC Collective is comprised of a group of Milwaukee's premier Real Estate Developers, Entrepreneurs and Property Owners. With over 10 rental spaces available and multiple catering options to delight the pallet, The DNC Collective provides unique venues with character, style and amenities needed for a successful event. The Clock Shadow Building

Historic Walker's Point Neighborhood

This nationally recognized green building features permeable recycled flooring, beautiful, edible gardens and recycled building materials. The space brings sustainable building and nature together to help make your next event a socially responsible affair. The building tenants include Wisconsin’s only urban cheese factory on the retail level. The upper floors are occupied by The Healing Collective, a group of health organizations committed to holistic health access for their primarily Latino and uninsured clients.

The Rooftop w/Views

The Rooftop is an urban garden and patio on the fifth floor overlooking Milwaukee’s cityscape. The area features an outside seating space that can accommodate up to 50 people for a speaking venue or reception event. 

Movement Studio

The Movement Studio is an 1800 square foot space on the third floor of the Clock Shadow Building. Accommodating approximately 50 people, the space features a top-notch sound system, a unique wooden suspension floor, one mirrored wall and keyed lockers for storage of personal items.

Down-to-earth food with fresh-from-the-earth ingredients… A full lunch and dinner menu features many familiar standbys, a seasonal specials menu provides unique and ever-changing offerings, and a 100-year-old wood bar slings a full menu of drinks to go with your meal!  Also check our glorious back patio - a quiet and lovely space to enjoy food and nature. In addition to amazing food, the Tandem vision has always included giving young people a chance at their first job, and to be an anchor for folks of all walks of life.  The restaurant features local produce, hires locally and connects to all. Its food with impact. The restaurant is also located in a historic building with a great community story of its own.

The Historic Koeffler House Inn

817 N. Marshall Street

Upper East Side/Downtown/Lakefront

The Charles A. Koeffler, Jr. House, built in 1898, is a distinguished work by the noted regional architecture firm of Ferry & Clas, and is a rare surviving example of a double house in the Yankee Hill neighborhood.  The building is located just outside the heart of  Milwaukee’s central business district, nestled on a quiet downtown Milwaukee residential street.  The building is a few short blocks from the natural beauty of the shores of Lake Michigan, the Oak Leaf Trail, and Bradford Beach.  Also walkable are local cultural assets including the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Venue Options:

The Historic Koeffler House Inn -features 14-state of the art lodging rooms  a small indoor / outdoor event space ideal for small meetings and special celebratory events, and includes the historically preserved sitting and living rooms which serve as a contemporary restaurant and lounge.

*Opening in Spring, 2020, this lodging offers the quality experience of a boutique hotel with the privacy, flexibility, and value of an AirBnB format.   The entire building - rooms and restaurant are available to book for one group.

Sherman Phoenix transformed the fire-damaged BMO Harris building into a modern, multi-functional, creative space filled with food, retail and wellness services provided by entreprenuers of color. The property is complete with open floor plan, fireplace, skylights, exposed brick, custom art work, original ceiling beams, industrial furniture, lower level, and balcony overlooking the Atrium, making the venue a unique event destination.
