Our Story
The Sherman Phoenix Foundation is focused on offering impact programming for entrepreneurs and residents across Milwaukee. We focus on the following four strategies

Cultural and economic vibrancy
Our first strategy allows us to support communities of color to help them grow their businesses, generate jobs, and enhance the local economy through our economic and workforce development and financial literacy programming centered around supporting them with building generational wealth.
Through the second strategy, we offer mentorships, skills training, technical support, and wellness programming for Sherman Phoenix tenants and the Greater Milwaukee entrepreneurial ecosystem to help ensure their success and sustainability.
The third strategy works to bring together an incredible network of leaders with diversity and inclusion expertise to call for action and change. These individuals partner with us to provide thought leadership, training, strategy, and action.
Our final strategy supports much-needed opportunities for people across diverse backgrounds to gather, learn, and celebrate. Our efforts have afforded us the unique opportunity of being regarded as a national model proving that translating conversations into action has the propensity to forge powerful possibilities for communities.
